Heartless Peanut Butter
Ingredients Recipe
575 grams Unsalted roasted peanuts
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Peanut oil
2 tbsps Ghee
1 Vanilla bean seeds
Steps
- (Optionally) Remove hearts from the peanut halves. They are bitter
- Heat 575 grams Unsalted roasted peanuts in skillet on medium-low for 8-10 minutes until they are fragrant and hot to the touch. They don't need to actually brown.
- Remove from heat and let peanuts cool for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally
- Place peanuts, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Peanut oil, 2 tbsps Ghee, and 1 Vanilla bean seeds in food processor
- Pulse mix for 15-20 seconds at a time, stop, and scrape sides of container
- Repeat until creamy
- Pour peanut butter into airtight container and let cool with lid off
- When completely cool attach lid and place in refrigerator
