Heartless Peanut Butter

Ingredients Recipe
575 grams Unsalted roasted peanuts
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Peanut oil
2 tbsps Ghee
1 Vanilla bean seeds
Steps
  1. (Optionally) Remove hearts from the peanut halves. They are bitter
  2. Heat 575 grams Unsalted roasted peanuts in skillet on medium-low for 8-10 minutes until they are fragrant and hot to the touch. They don't need to actually brown.
  3. Remove from heat and let peanuts cool for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally
  4. Place peanuts, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Peanut oil, 2 tbsps Ghee, and 1 Vanilla bean seeds in food processor
  5. Pulse mix for 15-20 seconds at a time, stop, and scrape sides of container
  6. Repeat until creamy
  7. Pour peanut butter into airtight container and let cool with lid off
  8. When completely cool attach lid and place in refrigerator
