Meringue

Ingredients Recipe
2 Large egg whites
120 grams Caster sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 pinch Salt
1 drop Color paste (optional)
Steps
  1. Whisk 2 Large egg whites in electric mixer until you start to see small bubbles
  2. Add 1 pinch Salt
  3. Increase speed of mixer and beat until stiff peaks are formed
  4. Add 120 grams Caster sugar 1 spoonful at a time while mixer is running until it's combined completely
  5. Beat for approximately 15 minutes, until no grains can be felt between your fingers
  6. Add 1 tsp Vanilla extract and 1 drop Color paste (optional), beat until combined
  7. Pipe into desired shapes
