Cream cheese frosting
Ingredients Recipe
85 grams Soft Unsalted Butter
135 grams Cream Cheese
400 grams Icing Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsb Vanilla extract
Steps
- Sift 400 grams Icing Sugar into large bowl
- Add 85 grams Soft Unsalted Butter and 135 grams Cream Cheese to stand mixer on medium low speed until combined. About 1 minute
- Add half of sifted 400 grams Icing Sugar on low until combined. Increase speed to high for about 2-3 minutes
- Add remainaing sifted 400 grams Icing Sugar on low until combined. Increase speed to high for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1/4 tsp Salt, and 1 tsb Vanilla extract. Mix on low until combined. Increase speed to medium for about 1 minute.
