Cream cheese frosting

Ingredients Recipe
85 grams Soft Unsalted Butter
135 grams Cream Cheese
400 grams Icing Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsb Vanilla extract
Steps
  1. Sift 400 grams Icing Sugar into large bowl
  2. Add 85 grams Soft Unsalted Butter and 135 grams Cream Cheese to stand mixer on medium low speed until combined. About 1 minute
  3. Add half of sifted 400 grams Icing Sugar on low until combined. Increase speed to high for about 2-3 minutes
  4. Add remainaing sifted 400 grams Icing Sugar on low until combined. Increase speed to high for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add 1/4 tsp Salt, and 1 tsb Vanilla extract. Mix on low until combined. Increase speed to medium for about 1 minute.
