Chocolate & Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients Recipe
190 grams Flour
10 grams Baking powder
6 grams Salt
10 grams Cane Sugar
295 mls Milk
1 egg
45 grams Melted unsalted butter
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
Steps
  1. In a large bowl sift the 190 grams Flour, 10 grams Baking powder, 6 grams Salt, and 10 grams Cane Sugar
  2. In a separate bowl combine the 295 mls Milk, 1 egg, and 45 grams Melted unsalted butter
  3. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients 1/2 at a time until creamy with no lumps
  4. Heat skillet to medium heat and add 1 tbsp Ghee to melt
  5. Pour on pancake mixture in desired shape and size
  6. While cooking add a 1/2 cup Blueberries and 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips generously to each pancake
  7. Flip pancakes when top of batter has small bubbles and bottom is slightly brown
  8. Remove pancakes from skilled when slightly brown on topping side
  9. Serve hot, immediately
