Vanilla Buttercream

Buttercream
150 grams soft unsalted butter
300 grams Sifted icing sugar
3 tbsps milk
Flavoring
1 vanilla bean
Steps
  1. Whip 150 grams soft unsalted butter with beaters for 5 minutes until fluffy with pale white color
  2. Add 1/2 300 grams Sifted icing sugar beat for another 3-5 minutes, start at a low speed until combined
  3. Add remaining icing sugar beat for another 3-5 minutes until well combined and fluffy
  4. Add flavoring - seeds from 1 vanilla bean and 3 tbsps milk
  5. Beat for 3-4 minutes until well incorporated and spreadable
