Ribs
Ingredients Recipe
1 Rack of st louis ribs
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1 onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325 Fahrenheit
- Remove membrane from back side of 1 Rack of st louis ribs
- Season both sides generously with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder
- Chop 1 onion into quarter inch slices
- Lay onions flat along diagonal of cookie sheet
- Lay ribs on top of onions
- Wrap cookie sheet tightly with aluminum foil
- Put in oven & check after 1.5-2 hours
- Pour on 1/2 cup bbq sauce after meat almost cooked (30 mins remaining)
- Remove tin foil & redistribute bbq sauce
- Turn on oven broiler and place back in oven until sauce caramelizes ~5-10 mins
- Let cool
- Slice along bones
